At Kulturektion Studios, every session is approached with intention, professionalism, and a commitment to creating refined, timeless imagery. This page has been thoughtfully designed to guide you through every step of the experience so you can prepare with confidence, understand the booking process, and know what to expect from your session through final gallery delivery.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Payments may be completed via debit card, credit card, or cash. Clients wishing to pay with cash may arrange payment by contacting our team at hello@kulturektioncollective.com prior to booking confirmation. Cash payments must be received within the approved timeframe in order to secure the requested session date and time.
THE STUDIO

Welcome to the Kulture experience, thoughtfully designed with curated backdrop selections and refined studio aesthetics to support clean, intentional imagery. If you are interested in paper backdrops, specific color palettes, or custom set styling, please notify our team prior to booking so availability and any additional production costs can be confirmed in advance.
For sessions taking place at external venues such as hotels, event spaces, or private locations, clients are responsible for securing all required reservations, permissions, and permits before the scheduled session date. Clients should also remain mindful of weather conditions, as ELAVÉ Studios does not operate in environments that may compromise professional equipment, overall safety, or the quality of the final imagery due to inclement weather.
WHAT TO BRING AND SESSION FLOW

Our studio space includes a private restroom, and clients are welcome to arrive prepared to change on site if needed. Clients are kindly asked not to enter the studio until confirmation has been provided, as another session or production may still be in progress.
A 15 minute grace period is provided for wardrobe preparation and minor touch ups prior to the start of the session. Session time will not be extended under any circumstances, making timely arrival essential in order to preserve the full experience and allotted shooting time.
To maintain a focused, comfortable, and professional environment, only one additional guest is permitted per session unless otherwise approved in advance. This policy is strictly enforced, and failure to comply may result in the termination of the session without refund.
Light refreshments and personal music playlists are welcome. Clients are expected to help maintain the cleanliness and condition of the studio throughout the session. All trash should be disposed of properly, and care should be taken to avoid spills, damages, or unnecessary disruption within the space.
STUDIO RULES

To preserve the quality, cleanliness, and safety of our shared creative environment, all clients and guests are expected to respect the following studio guidelines throughout the duration of their session.
Champagne popping, open liquid sprays, and similar materials are not permitted inside the studio, as moisture can cause significant damage to professional lighting, camera equipment, flooring, and surrounding furnishings. Confetti, glitter, smoke devices, and similar materials are also strictly prohibited due to the difficulty of safely and effectively restoring the studio space after use.
Weapons of any kind are not permitted inside the studio at any time, including firearms, replicas, or prop weapons, unless explicitly approved in writing prior to the session for a professionally coordinated production. Clients and guests may also be denied entry or have their session terminated if there is a noticeable odor of marijuana, illegal substances, or drug paraphernalia within the studio environment.
Clients and guests are expected to remain mindful and respectful of all studio property, furnishings, equipment, and props throughout the session experience. Before departing, all personal belongings and trash should be properly collected and disposed of in order to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for every client experience.
DELIVERY AND EDITS

Proof galleries are delivered within 24 hours following the completion of your session, excluding weekends. Once final image selections have been submitted, retouched images are delivered within 5 to 10 business days, also excluding weekends.
Because the majority of sessions, weddings, and productions take place on weekends, proofs, final galleries, and email correspondence are not delivered on Saturdays or Sundays. Messages received between Friday evening and Sunday will be returned as soon as possible on the following business day.
For clients requiring expedited delivery, rush turnaround options are available based on editing availability and production scheduling:
• 48 hour turnaround — $125
• 24 hour turnaround — $200
• Same day or under 12 hour turnaround — $300
Additional retouched images may be purchased for $25 per image. Revision requests are billed at $10 per image unless adjustments are required due to an editing error on our part.
Please note that the retouching style displayed throughout the ELAVÉ Studios portfolio reflects the artistic standard, editing approach, and finishing quality included within every client experience.
IMAGE RIGHTS AND USAGE

All images created by Kulturektion Studios are protected under copyright law and remain the intellectual property of the studio. Images will never be sold, distributed, or shared without proper discretion, and appropriate credit will always be maintained when work is displayed for portfolio, promotional, publication, or editorial purposes.
Clients who prefer for their images to remain private until after a specific event, announcement, publication, or release date are welcome to communicate those requests in advance, and every reasonable effort will be made to honor them.
By booking a session with Kulturektion Studios, clients acknowledge and understand that the artistic style, creative direction, editing approach, and overall presentation of imagery remain at the discretion of the studio as part of the brand’s established visual identity and creative standards.
RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION, AND TARDINESS

Clients are permitted one reschedule when at least 48 hours notice is provided prior to the scheduled session time. Reschedule requests submitted within 24 hours of the appointment will require full payment in order to secure a new session date.
A 10 minute grace period is provided for all sessions. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late will have their session automatically canceled and will be required to book a new appointment date in accordance with studio policies. Late arrivals do not extend shooting time under any circumstances. For example, if a session is scheduled for 30 minutes and the client arrives 10 minutes late, only the remaining 20 minutes of session time will be available.
Booking confirmation and submitted payment indicate full understanding and agreement with all ELAVÉ Studios policies, procedures, and studio guidelines. All sales are final and non refundable.
SPECIAL REQUESTS AND ADD-ONS

All Kulturektion Studios packages include unlimited poses, images captured during the session, and outfit changes within the allotted session time. Each package includes a specific number of professionally retouched images, so clients are encouraged to carefully review package details prior to booking. Final gallery delivery will include the exact number of edited images associated with the selected package.
Standard retouching includes professional skin retouching, lighting adjustments, color correction, blemish removal, and overall image refinement consistent with the Kulturektion Studios editing style and artistic standards.
Photo manipulation and creative background edits are not included within standard retouching and must be selected as additional add on services. Photo manipulation refers to advanced editing techniques involving body modifications, object removal or replacement, facial reconstruction, composite imagery, or significant alterations to the original image composition. Creative background edits refer to digitally enhanced or fully customized environments, graphic designs, artificial scenery, themed concepts, visual effects, or heavily stylized editorial compositions added during post production.
